Transfers and
sightseeing tours provided are by Air Conditioned Saloon Cars,
Mini Vans, 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles and luxury coaches depending
on the number of persons. Our fleet of vehicles are
comprehensively insured. Our drivers are highly experienced and
are fully conversant with the roads and terrain of Oman. They
are trained for defense and safe driving. All vehicles are
either manual or automatic equipped with seat belts, Air
conditioning, Radio & Cassette/CD player.

Insurance
The self drive vehicles are comprehensively insured with
Collision damage waiver, theft protection and personal accident
coverage. CDW exclusions will apply. Personal effects/goods
carried are not covered. The insurance coverage is based on the
approved number of seats in the vehicle. Non-waiverable excess
of RO60/000 is payable for each and every claim where the fault
is assigned to the renter and CDW has been taken/included. No
claim can be made on our insurers without a final police report.
In accordance with the Omani law the liability of Tour Oman
division of Al Harthy Al Araimi Travel & cargo LLC is limited to
US$ 13150.00 for men and US$ 6580.00 for women in case of
accidental death.
In case of injuries the actual cost of treatment is covered.
Mileage
Limited Mileage applicable depending on the vehicle rented and
the period.
Additional
Driver
Additional charge applicable for insurance. .
Fuel
At renter’s cost.
Police Fines
All fines levied by the traffic department of the Royal Oman
Police/Municipality for speeding parking offences as well as
accidents are the responsibility of the renter. As the fines are
received most of the time after the departure of the client, an
authority letter is required from the renter to debit his credit
card account if there are any police fines.
Licence Requirements
Valid Omani, American, European, GCC and International
Driving Licence required. The driver must have a valid driving
licence and should be over 21 years.
Drop off and Pick-up Charge
Additional Drop off and Pick-up Charges applicable. Rates on
request.
Calculation of Rental Time
Rentals work on a 24 hour basis from the time of
delivery of vehicle.
Caution
Vehicles are not permitted to leave the Sultanate of Oman.
