Meet and assist at Seeb International Airport and transfer
to Hotel in City. |

After breakfast, set out for a city tour. Visit the Grand
Mosque (Except on Thursday/Friday), Fish Market, Museums,
and have lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch drive past
the Corniche and Harbour, Old Muscat, Walled City, His
Majesty’s Al Alam Palace, the twin Forts, Merani and Jelali.
Return to Hotel via Corniche and Muttrah Souk with a stop at

After early breakfast depart for Nizwa via Fanja, visit
Nizwa souk, Nizwa Fort, Tanuf Ruins, Al Hamra Village,

After early breakfast depart for Batinah coast via seeb
town, Barka Town , Barka Fish Market, Nakhal Fort, Nakhal

After breakfast depart by 4 WD vehicle via Siuk hole, Tiwi
Village, Wadi Shahab, Qalhat, Bibi Mariam Tomb, Sur Town,
Dhow building yard and on to Sur or Turtle Beach, Rusal Hadd
for overnight Stay. If overnight stay at Rusal Hadd, visit
the worlds few remaining undisturbed green turtle nesting
sites at night. |

After breakfast depart by 4 WD vehicle to Wahiba sands via
Bani Bu Ali, Bani Bu Hassen, Al Kamil, Wadi Bani Khalid. Set
out for a roller coaster ride in the magnificent dunes of
Wahiba Sands and watch the sun set. Overnight at Wahiba
Sands. |

After breakfast depart by 4 WD vehicle to MUSCAT via
Mudhairib Ibra, Sinaw, Iski and back to MUSCAT for overnight

Breakfast in the hotel.
Depart for another day of city tour visiting the Grand
Mosque Oman-French Museum, His Majesty’s Royal Palace, the
twin forts of Merani and Jelali, the Marine Science and
Fisheries Center and Al Bustan village. Return to hotel for
overnight stay. |

Day
4 |
After breakfast, check out of the hotel for the Batinah
Coast tour. Visit Seeb town, its market place, drive through
Barka town, which is famous for its Weaving Industry and
bullfights. Also visit the Barka Fort and then on to the
famed hot springs of Nakhal and its famous Fort where the
Omanis finally managed to drive out the Portuguese. Picnic
lunch will be served enroute.
Later proceed to Rustaq an enchanting town of extensive date
farms. Visit the Rustaq and Al Hazma Forts and then drive on
the Sohar passing through the town of Al Khaburah. Overnight
stay in Sohar. |

Day
5 |
After breakfast check out for returning to Muscat. Enroute,
visit the Sohar Fort, Sohar Town, Al Sawadi Beach. Also if
interested visit Naseem Park. Picnic lunch will be served.

6 |
After late breakfast, check out of the hotel for a two day
desert Safari trip using a 4WD vehicle. Breaking journey at
the most spectacular spot of Oman called Wadi Shab for
picnic lunch.
After lunch, proceed through the picturesque fishing village
overlooked by brown houses and small forts.. Pass through
Qalhat, Mariam Bibi’s Tomb and continue to Ras Al Hadd for
overnight stay. Dinner will be served at the camp site.
After dinner, leave for a night watch of turtles emerging
from the sea to their nesting site. A protected species.
Return to camp for overnight stay. |

Day
7 |
After breakfast in the camp drive to Sur town. Visit the
Ship Building Yard, Sur Fish Market, Sur Souk, then on to
Wadi Bani Khalid a blue lagoon for a swim and picnic lunch.
After lunch drive into the famous Wahiba Sands. Enjoy the
sunset in the desert and sand bashing. A sumptuous BBQ
dinner will be laid for your gastronomic delight. Later
relax around the campfire under a canopy of stars before you
retire for the night. Overnight in Wahiba Sands. |

Day 8 |
After breakfast at the camp site, drive through the desert
to experience the true life of the desert and to have a look
at the Bedouins in their homesteads. Return to MUSCAT via
Muhairib, Ibra, Sinaw, Bit Bit and Fanja for overnight stay. |

Breakfast in the hotel.
Check out of the hotel.
Flag off to experience the true sights and sounds of Oman on
this tour. Begin by driving to Nizwa the ancient capital of
the interior region, enroute break of journey at Birkat Al
Mauz Fort.and Nizwa Fort. Later, proceed to Jabrin Castle,
which was earlier, the centre of Islamic teaching. On the
way back, stop to see the old ruins of Bahala Fort. Also
seen here are some locally made pottery items. Return to
Nizwa for overnight stay. |

10 |
After breakfast, visit the famous Nizwa Souk where silver
and copper smiths produce exquisite ornaments before your
very eyes. Later drive to Tanuf to see the old village
ruins. Then on to misfah village where the inhabitants still
live in mud and stone houses. Overnight at Nizwa. |

Breakfast in the hotel.
Check out of the Hotel.
Return to Seeb Airport for flight to Salalah departing early
afternoon. On arrival in Salalah transfer to Hotel for
overnight stay. |

Day 12 |
Breakfast in the hotel. Visit the museum, ruined city of Al
Baleed, Ain Arzat Kor Rori, Queen Sheba’s Palace, Bin Ali’s
Tomb, Mirbat village for old rich door carving. Return to
hotel for overnight stay. |

Day 13 |
After breakfast in the hotel. Visit the bird sanctuary,
Mughsail beach (swimming possible) to see the blow holes.
Then onward to 9 air bands. Enroute stop by to tap some
frankinscence from the trees. Picnic lunch will be served

Day 14 |
Breakfast in the hotel.
Set out to visit the Bibilical Job’s Tomb, Ain Jarziz to see
some natural caves. Also visit the Souq which is famous for
its Frankincense and gold.
Check out of your hotel to be transferred to Salalah Airport
to take Oman Air flight back to MUSCAT. At seeb Airport, you
will be in transit to take your connecting flight back home
with fond memories of Oman. |

Arrival (probably around 2230 hrs) at Dubai Airport by KLM

Panorama Hotel where overnight. |

Day 2 |
Full day visit of Dubai the big Jumeirah Mosque, de markets
of Deira and a short boat trip by abra on the Creek, further
the Bastakiyas (windtoers), the Shaikh Saeed al-Maktoum
house, the Majlis Ghorfat ;um al-Sheef, the Heritage House
in al-Ahmediya district. Time permitting a visit of Dubai
museum and the Hindu temple next to it. Further modern
architecture: World Trade Center the National Bank of Dubai,
the Buri al-Arab hotel and the new artificial islands in
front of the coast. (please, no dhow warf).

Day 1 |
On arrival into MUSCAT, our executive will meet you at the
airport. You will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight at
Crowne Plaza MUSCAT Hotel. |

Day 2 |
After breakfast we will take you to Azaiba, where you will
find the Grand Mosque, standing in stately grandeur. A visit
to this beautiful piece of architecture is a must to all
tourists. (Open to tourist daily except Thursdays and
Fridays, from 9 – 11 am). From here we will take you into
the heart of a world that has not changed in generation.
There is the bustling fish and vegetable souq where you can
see the latest catch of fish and fresh vegetables & fruits
from the farms. Capture the spirit of a bygone era. The Old
Souq of Muttrah awaits you with sights, sounds and aroma. We
will see the old city of MUSCAT and catch a glimpse of the
old town through the eyes of bygone travelers who left their
marks and images, collected and on display at the fine
galleries and museums (Bait Al Zubair) in the heart of the
Old quarter. We take a photo stop at the Sultan’s Palace
flanked by the 16th Century Portuguese forts of Jalali and
Mirani. Return to Hotel. Overnight at Crowne Plaza MUSCAT
Hotel.

Day
3 |
In the morning after breakfast we travel through the Coast
from MUSCAT to Quriyat and over the plateau down to the
narrow coastal track. Reach Wadi Shab. Take a hike up one of
Oman’s scenic wadis. At the end of Wadi Shab, there is a
beautiful pool. Swim through the famous keyhole into the
secluded world thrilling of fantasy. From here we move on to
the tiny village of Mibam in the mountains about 12 Kms from
the costal road. We set our camp here in preparation for the
Mountain Trek to Wadi Bani Khalid the next morning.

4 |
After breakfast we continue our Trek and enjoy some
beautiful scenery. Tonight we camp at Um Kabir, where we
camp for the night.

After breakfast, we proceed on further trekking and camping

6 |
After breakfast we proceed on trekking, to reach Wadi Bani
Khalid or “The Lost Shangrilla”. There is a lovely pool with
cool water. Take a swim to ease out the fatigue of your
trekking. Later we proceed on till the motorable path from
where you will be picked up. We proceed on towards Wahiba
sands, a golden sea of sands. Lunch in the desert camp.
After lunch, enjoy dune bashing in the desert.
Dinner and overnight in the Desert camp.

7 & 8 |
After breakfast at 08:00 a.m. we proceed into the desert
with a Bedouin guide for a two night overnight trek and
camping in the desert. Camel riding. We start our return
after breakfast. Reach Wahiba desert camp in time for lunch.
After lunch rest of the day at leisure in the camp.

Day 8 |
After breakfast at 08:00 a.m. we drive towards Nizwa where
we visit the Nizwa Fort. From here we proceed further to
Tanuf and on to see Bahla fort from the exterior as it’s
under renovation. Because of its cultural importance the
town is listed in UNESCO’s list of heritage monuments. Bahla
is also known as the pottery capital of Oman. From here it
is a short distance to the mighty bastion of Jabrin and the
crown seat of the Yaruba Dynasty. We have lunch in local
restaurant. After lunch we move on further towards Al Hamra
and further on into Wadi Ghul, where we encounter
traditional horizontal weaving looms and the ancient
deserted village of Ghul. From here we proceed further on
towards Jebel Shams, where we see the Grand Canyan.

10 |
After breakfast at 08:00 a.m. we visit the Friday market.
Later we proceed on towards Ibri. Ibri is a city known for
its significant location at the cross roads of caravans. An
extensive collection of metal artifacts dating to C2500-2000
was found in Al-Araqi village.

11 |
After breakfast, we head for Al Sawadi through the
mountains. On the way we stop by to see the bat tombs which
is a world heritage site in the Bat standing graves dating
to Umm An Naar period C.2700 – 2000 BC. We then proceed on
towards Wadi Bank Ghafir and make our way to Al Sawadi.

12 |
After breakfast at 08:00 a.m. we pass by Wadi Bani Awf. The
panorama along this road, literally cut into the side of the
mountains, is spectacular. Dark green terraces are spread
out below the village and framed by the sheer cliffs of the
Jabal Akhdar. We visit Bilad Seyt, the most beautiful valley
in Oman. Picnic lunch in the wadi. From here we take a loop
to Wadi Shaton. Later, during the afternoon we go to Rustaq
where we see a fort which nestles at the edge of Batinah
Plain. Photo opportunities as we view the fort from the
exterior we drive to Nakhl to visit the Nakhal Fort, which
is spectacularly, perched on a rocky prominence on the
foothills of Western Hajar (rocky mountains). After a tour
of the fort, we move inland to see a ;mineral-laden hot
spring. Later we return back to the hotel.

13 |
In the morning after breakfast, after 08:00 a.m. depart on
4WD towards Ras Al Hadd. We take the bumpy coastal road via
Quriyat. The journey along the coastal road is very scenic
and beautiful. We reach Sur, where we visit the Dhow yards
where Dhow building once flourished. You can also be
fortunate to see a dhow being built by hand in the yard. We
have lunch in Sur in a local restaurant. After lunch we
proceed on towards Ras Al Hadd. Late evening after dinner we
proceed to the beach to watch the nesting habits of the
green turtles.

After breakfast at 08:00 a.m. we make our return towards
MUSCAT. We stop at Al Rawdah to observe village life and see
the old mercantile community of Al Mansfah in ruins near
Ibra. We reach MUSCAT passing via Fanja and Sumail gap where
the eastern and western hajjar mountains meet.

After breakfast day at leisure in your hotel. Evening we
will take you to Marina Bandar Rawdha from your hotel. Board
a traditional Omani Dhow for 2 hours Dhow Cruise. Pass the
Yacht club of MUSCAT and fishing village of Sidab. “He
Harbour of historic MUSCAT, Jalali aand Mirani forts and
sail past Al Bustan Palace, Oman’s premium hotel, Kahwa and
date on board. Return back to your hotel.
