Regions
The Sultanate of Oman is administratively
divided into four Governorates and
five Regions:

Each Governorate/Region is formed
of Wilayats (totalling 61); further
divided into Niyabats. Additionally,
each Region has one or more Regional
Centres totalling 12 overall.
